    It's already been activated TWO YEARS AGO with the prior version... do I have to enter that version EVERY YEAR!!??!

    But this is a renewal on a subscription for the THIRD YEAR. I'm sorry, I don't have the box from FOUR YEARS AGO to put in the old key anymore!!!...
