    Hello Lorein, I did NOT install the windows creators update. This happened after upgrading parallels to 12.2.1 without doing any windows update....

    Hello Dmitry, I do have the same issue as described. My Parallels version : 12.2.1 (41615) The problem persists and the 2 solutions you suggest...
