    upgraded to parallels 13, windows won't open

    I just upgraded from Parallels 11 to 13. However when I try to open Windows 10 programs, nothing happens.

    can't enter coherence

    i went to device manager and WDDM was already in the list.The standard VGA graphics adaptor wasn't in the list. Any other suggestions?

    parallells doesn't recognize cd/dvd-rom

    I can't install a program to windows because it doesn't recognize my cd/dvd-rom. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
