I was wrong! I did not get the popup for several days, but it's back again. No idea why.
Well, I can report that the popup has stopped. There was no Parallels update, nor a big Windows update, just the frequent Defender updates.
nobody has this problem? And could somebody from Parallels support comment on this popup please.
