    Thanks... They had me log into the support site and register my 3.0 and 4.0 keys. Once that was done it let me download the updates.

    I had an old boxed copy of Parallels 3.0 laying around that I installed on my new MBP months ago. It didn't work right and it auto-installed 4.0...
