Addition:once its recognized, i can plug-off and plug-in again the stick and all ist ok, but as soon as i sent my xp to suspended mode, it forgets...
in device manager, no usb stick is shown when plugged in while xp is running, when xp is restarted, it is shown under "usb-controller"
