Separate names with a comma.
When P4 was just released I had this problem but the first hotfix fixed the issue. Now with the new build, this issue has popped back up.
Just adding to this, for me my caps, shift, control, command, option and numpad = do not work. I had to map a letter key to shift just to log in....
