Separate names with a comma.
I have a full key of version 3, but it is not accepted. Version 3 bought on 17-nov-2007, Version 4 (upgrade) bought today.
When i click your link ( http://kb.parallels.com/en/5661 ) i see this: "You can't see internal articles"
