    Antivirus Closing down AntiVirus on the Windows side does not appear to have resolved the situation. Nothing unusual in console.

    Same problem on latest version I am running the latest version of Parallels Desktop (3.0 build 5608) and OSX (10.5.5). Kernel_Task will max out...
