OK it didn't really work, but I could short-circuit the problem by installing Parallels 3 and then the hdd file was readable and perfectly...
Great idea ! It works ! :) But... I cannot move the mouse inside the VM. I tried the usual ways. Should I recreate a new VM using that working...
