Separate names with a comma.
XP, when set network to shared, the network could not connected. If changed to Bridged, it works well.
Upgrade to 4128 wouldn't solve the problem. I was suffering it and shift to VMware.
I have exactly the same problem with yours. I have upgraded to 4128. Actually, I have reinstalled Parallels Tools many times, no way to get out.
