    "\\.psf is not accessible"

    I get the error "The specified location does not contain information about your hardware" when trying those steps.

    Can I use the XP disk that came with my Dell?

    Also, from what I know the dell oem windows xp cd will look for certain things that are embedded inside the dell bios in order to correctly...
