    Same story here, plus: using Windows Installation Media (iso) on USB drive and selecting USB external device for boot in Parallels preferences....

    Same exact issue here. Not using Bootcamp. Windows 10 Pro VM running Parallels 11.2 on MacBook Pro 2015 on OS X 10.11.4 (El Cap). Same issue...
