    Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac Build 15104 is available!

    @danny -- why don't you just upgrade to Snow Leopard 10.6 then it probably will be compatible. SL is only $30.

    Running Lion 10.7.3 PD 6 randomly starting

    Thanks for that advice. Had done a complete wipe and reinstall of Lion in the past week and this problem with Parallels had not come back since....
