    Hi,

We've recently purchased a couple of MacBooks at our work and don't know much about using them.

Our current network is a Windows network, with a lot of the files we work on stored on one of the computers and the rest accessing it through a mapped network drive.

I've tried fiddling around in Parallels (running XP) trying to access this network drive on the Windows network but can't find it on through the Parallels run XP networking menus.

Looking around this forum/support etc I can see if it possible to access folders in XP shared in OSX but I'm not sure if it is possible to access files on a windows network via. Parallels XP.

Any light anyone can shed on the matter would be great.

I'm going to assume due to no answers here this can't be done.

Time to take those Macs back to the store.

    Same problem

Michael, I just posted a new question about the same thing - can't seem to network the parallels PC to other PCs on the network. Hoping that someone can come up with some ideas - it can't be that difficult, can it???
