I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but this is what I'm experiencing:

If I launch an application off of the dock which must startup Parallels, my mouse will become "trapped" inside the window. CMD-Tab is necessary to get out and to other applications.

The only workaround so far is to exit the application, click on Single window and shut down and restart the guest (Windows XP).
Once the guest is restarted, I can then enable Coherence.

Kind of a strange and annoying behavior.
'Thanks for any info. and help you can provide,

    Hello Stsanford,

    Please reinstall Parallels Tools.
What PD build are you using?
What is your Host OS and Mac model?

    Best regards,
    Xenos

I have re-installed the Parallels tools.

I had done this in the past, but this time, I uninstalled the tools, rebooted, installed the tools and then finally rebooted again.

I will let you know how I make out.
