I bought Parallels Desktop for Mac 3 weeks ago today. Yesterday it stopped working for no apparent reason. I can not find a solution. I do not have any more hours to spend on this, I cannot wait the 3 days for email support. I absolutely must access my windows software immediately. I have no choice but to purchase another product and would like to get a refund for this one. Someone please advise how I can go about doing this. Thank you.
Hey There, I feel your pain. Customer service is ridiculous! Not only do you not get a reply (3 days is lucky!), you have no other way to contact them. At this juncture, I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for contact, and now they're saying my key is incorrect so I can't contact the customer support directly! If you figure out how to contact them, please let me know.
