I'm new to Mac and am using Parallels to access Quickbooks etc. When I start Parallels I end up at a screen saying "windows is shutting down..." It has been stuck here overnight and nothing seems to be happening. I received a notice that Parallels was having a problem recognizing one of its drivers. Not much of a computer whiz, any advice would be helpful.
