    I have predictable crashes with 5584. I run 5584 and any VNC viewer with Dragon 9.5 to dictate into Mac applications using OSXvnc. Using MS Word or Excel for a few hours, and Mac applications will cease to respond, requiring a hard restart. Force Quit won't help. The Activity Monitor pegs at 100% for each subsequent application.

    This isn't particular with 5584, it's happened with its predecessors. But I thought that others should be aware of this recurrent problem.

    Hello,

    please, provide me with the following files (if these files exist):
    * .log , .txt and .png (or screenshot of BSOD) files from /Library/Parallels/bugreports/;
    * /Library/Logs/panic.log or ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Parallels.crash.log from the Mac side;
    * All content from the %SystemRoot%\Minidump (usually C:\Windows\Minidump).

    Does the issue happen only after working with MS Word and Excel?

    Please, also try to disable Sound in the Configuration Editor and check if the issue still persists with the disabled sound.

    Something similar.. I use Jetbrains Intellij IDEA 5.1.2 inside a Windows VM on Parallels on my Mac. I don't have a problem running Parallels and suspending and resuming the VM when I don't have IDEA loaded. However.. as soon as I have IDEA loaded and in memory, I can suspend the VM, but I cannot resume it anymore. Or, to say it more precisely, I can suspend and resume, but the resume does resume Windows and just a few seconds later, Windows crashes with a BSOD. I tried to do a screenshot of the BSOD, but it flashes for only a second or so before rebooting.
    Is this issue known or can I report it as a problem and what do you need besides a PNG of the BSOD (I will try to make that one)?

    Hello,

    fuggly, please, provide me with log-files that I mentioned above and for taking a screenshot of your BSOD, please, right-click My Computer->Properties->Advanced tab->Setup and Recovery section->Settings->System failure section and uncheck "Automatically restart" and apply changes. Thus, BSOD will remain on screen.

    I am also getting an extreme number of crashes with 5584. I have an animation app called Cinema 4D, and when it is minimized and I run a Mac app on top, Win crashes. I also tried to install Sonar, and when it first started, Windows crashes - always to a blue screen.
    Just installed today and already 10 blue screens.
