I'm working with an iMac with Mac OS X 10.4 on a PowerPC processor. Will Parallels work with this architecture? I already know I don't have enough RAM, but I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't have to replace the processor as well.

Parallels only works on Intel based Macs, not PowerPC based ones.

As far as I know there is no way to convert a PowerPC based Mac to run an Intel chip as the mainboards are not compatable with each other.
