    Hello All:

I am running Parallels Desktop for Mac 2 Build 1970 on a MacBook 200Gig HDD and 2 Gig of Ram running Leopard 10.5.1

When I go to use the "check for Updates" option in the help menu, parallels will say it is checking for updates but will not go any further.

I am not using BootCamp currently and it started when I un-installed the software to re-install it again. Parallels Tools are installed as well.

I thought originally had something to do with my internet connection but I seem to get on the internet fine both in my WinXP in Parallels and on the Mac OS side.

any thoughts or advice would be great,

    Paul
