Hi, I have done 'check for updates' through my vm and it appears to have successfully downloaded the update 5584, however whenever I try to run the update my Parallels freezes up and I have to force quit it. I have so far been unsuccessful in updating to 5584 because of this. I have also tried to download the file directly from here: http://www.parallels.com/en/support/desktop/leopard/ also with no success as it takes me to a broken page in the end. Any suggestions? 1. Mac OS Version - Leopard 10.5.1 2. Parallels Build # - Currently 5582 3. What kind of computer - MacBook Pro 4. Total Physical RAM - 2GB 667 DDR2 SDRAM 5. Hard Drives - Macintosh HD 6. If you are using a BootCamp configuration or not - No 7. Did you upgrade from a BETA - No 8. With what Build did the problem start - Trying to update to 5584 9. If Parallels Tools are installed - No 10. Anything you have tried to get things working - See above notes 11. Anything specific about your set-up you think we should know - No
