when i run my windows xp VM on my macbook pro all it gets to is the loading personal settins screen and thats it. help please! thanks

I am having the same problem. I am running version 3.0 build 5626. Today I loaded VPN tunnel into the VM to connect to work remotely. That was the only change. I have upped the memory allocation to 1024 but that has not helped.
