I made some very poor choices during the install of Parallels.

I wanted to start over from scratch.

I inserted the INSTALL file and was able to use the UNINSTALL
icon to uninstall Parallels from my computer.

Problem is, it didn't completely remove it, as when I tried to
reinstall not only was my license keys and all my install options
still intact -- but so was the Vista operating system.

How do I completely remove everything attributed to Parallels
and the installed guest OS (Vista) on my MAC? What folders do
    I need to remove?

Please be specific where these folders are located.

    Thank You in advance!

    Probably under ~/Documents/Parallels
you will find two files, possible more, that are named with the suffixes .hdd and .pvs delete those.
