How can I transfer my activation key to another account?

Hello!

I need help moving my Parallels Desktop licence from my previous account to my current one.
My original account uses an old email that is permanently closed, so I cannot reach it. Following your knowledge base, I set up a new account.
The Support Portal keeps sending me to articles, but I cannot open a ticket. I would appreciate it if a Parallels Support team member could reach me by private message so I can share:
- my licence key,
- the old email address,
- the new email address,
- purchase details or any other information needed to confirm ownership.

I aim to transfer the licence to the new account.
