Hello, I have a valid perpetual license for Parallels Desktop 18 Standard Edition. I recently moved from my old Intel Mac to a new Intel Mac. On the old Mac I signed out of Parallels Desktop, but when I try to activate the license on the new Mac I receive the following message: "This license has reached the activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies." Could a Parallels representative please reset the activation count for my license? For security reasons, I prefer to send my license key via private message. Thank you for your help.
