Cancelling Auto-renewal

    I have tried both Parallels and Cleverbridge for help with this, but with no success, so I am posting here (this seems to be a recurring theme with this company).

    My auto renewal is due to kick-in, however my key is not connected to my account so I am unable to cancel the auto-renewal. Your customer service / support is beyond woeful, hence having to use this channel. Can you please get back to me and cancel the auto-renewal.

    I believe I cancelled my subscription long before the renewal date. However, there have been multiple attempts by Parallels at taking payment from my registered card since the subscription end date, which have thankfully been unsuccessful due to lack of funds.

    The process for trying to cancel the subscription seems to require an active subscription to do so. Since I have not paid for the renew, nor do I want it, I am unable to stop Parallels from attempting to take money from my registered card without my authorisation.

    Please cancel my subscription. I have not forgotten to pay for a renewal - I do not want one.

    Hi. I started a free trial 13 days ago. I don't want the suscription but I cannot find how to cancel it. I don't see a suscription on my apple account nor on my parallel account. After the trial ends tomorrow will I be charged for the suscription?

    Hi again Trishna / parallels support

    I have had another attempt by Parallels to take money from my account last night at 9:42pm on Friday 3 July 2026. This is the 5th attempt, and the 2nd after being assured by you that my subscription will not incur further charges.

    What to I have to do to stop this madness?

    Thank you for your feedback,
    If you install the Parallels Desktop application via our website and activate the trial within the application, then you won't be charged when the application's trial period ends.
