    Cancel my subscription #S36431116 otherwise I will contest.

    Reference #541103906: Your Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard: I like to add my name to the request for canceling my account! And, yes I have a ticket (number #5742330) to cancel subscription auto renew and remove my payment information!! Its been 2 yrs and still it hasn't been done.

    The problem is I technically don't even have a product. So how can I delete a subscription without the product. Just delete my subscription. My email is [email protected]

    Hey, I had the same issue, but I probably found a way.

    If you used Paypal for it, directly go to paypal website -> settings -> payment -> automatic payment and cancel it.

    If you are not using paypal, I noticed you can use the link in their email ("You can make any changes to your subscription here" ) to switch your payment method to paypal.

    And then you can use the same way to get rid of it.

    Please cancel the auto renew subscription. I do not want to renew it because I will be buying a new full version in my different account.
    I cannot find any product to cancel in my dashboard.
