The problem is I technically don't even have a product. So how can I delete a subscription without the product. Just delete my subscription. My email is [email protected]
Hey, I had the same issue, but I probably found a way. If you used Paypal for it, directly go to paypal website -> settings -> payment -> automatic payment and cancel it. If you are not using paypal, I noticed you can use the link in their email ("You can make any changes to your subscription here" ) to switch your payment method to paypal. And then you can use the same way to get rid of it.
