    Hello,

    I noticed that my account has been charged twice for the same purchase. I am writing to request a cancellation and refund for one of the duplicate payments made on October 26, 2025.

    For your reference, here are my account details:

    Could you please review my transaction history, process the cancellation, and refund the duplicate charge? I have attached a screenshot of the payment receipt and my bank statement as proof.
