License renewed about 12 days ago on MacOS. Continued running seemingly fine. Was using Parallels this morning. Machine restart caused Parallels to ask for Activation Key. I never received an activation key from the renewal emails. When logging into the website, the account does not recognize that I have any products purchased. I have invoices, Paypal receipts, etc. Email indicating renewal. Charges to credit card. Parallels app on MacOS not letting me proceed without activation key. I need this for my job, so I have clicked the "free trial" button that it showed on the MacOS app, so I can try to proceed in the short term until license issue is resolved. I cannot even submit a support request via website (support ticket) since it thinks I don't have a product. Site directs me to facebook and twitter contact for support? I don't even have those accounts. So posting here as a last attempt. Thanks in advance if someone can get me to actual Parallels account support. I am a paid customer for a subscription and can't even reach the company, for crying out loud.
