I want to cancel my sub and there is literally no option or way to do this from within my account because it says: "This License Key is already connected to another account." Which can't be true since the key got send to exact this email adress. I can't cancel the subscription because i cannot get into my account. Smoke and mirrors. One may think this is on purpose to confuse and distract. I want to CANCEL my subscription, i already told my bank this is a scam and will take further action if you don't get me access to my account.
