Can't activate my license

    Hello,
    I have a permanent license for versions 18 and 19. I didn't have any issues until I changed computers. Now, when I try to use it, I get an error saying that I cannot use this license with version 26 of the product. However, even when I download Parallels from "My Dashboard," it always seems to install version 26.

    I would appreciate assistance either in finding a valid installer or in activating my license.

    If you wish to install legacy versions 18 and 19, please use the required links below:
    Version 18: https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v18/18.3.4-53630/ParallelsDesktop-18.3.4-53630.dmg
    Version 19: https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v19/19.4.3-54993/ParallelsDesktop-19.4.3-54993.dmg

    Thanks! But I'm experiencing a problem: I'm unable to execute any Windows 11 Image. I'm in a M5 MacBook Pro in Tahoe 26.4.1

    I've installed the image both from the Parallels app and downloading from Microsoft and importing it. Whenever I try to run it I get the error. The free Parallels 26 was ok, so I'm not sure if it's an incompatibility with my Mac and versions 19 and 18.

    Hello,
    Please note that since you have a permanent license for versions 18 and 19, you will not ba able to activate Parallels Desktop 26 with those keys.

    As such, please make sure you have installed version 18n or 19 and use the appropriate key to activate it.

    If there is still any issue, please provide a screenshot of the error.

    Also, please collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

    Yes, I know. What I meant was that testing previously the trial version of Parallels 26 it worked fine.

    The screen shot is not very informative (sorry but it's in spanish, it just say "The virtual machine couldn't startup") but I attach it. Also, the last bug report ID is : 519562748.
