Parallels causes entire system to stutter after running for some amount of time

I'm on macOS 26.3 on an M4 Max MacBook Pro. Since the first 26.3 beta if I remember correctly, leaving my Windows 11 VM running in the background eventually puts my Mac into a state where it's constantly stuttering and freezing for half a second. Closing Parallels once in this state has no effect and I have to reboot. I've confirmed it is Parallels by not running it for over 3 weeks with no issues, and opening it yesterday causing stutters this morning. It seems like a GPU issue if anything since I can trigger stutters by switching channels in a Discord server, but Activity Monitor never reports any high usage.

Apparently paying 80 bucks a year or whatever it is, isnt good enough for them to fix it / provide info on how to fix it / or even just reply and acknowledge the issue.
