License/Activation/Subscription

    Hi there
    I have tried numerous times but have been unable to find the subscription information for my account. I am unable to view or manage my subscription in My Parallels.
    Please could I have some support in removing this subscription.

    Do you have any purchase invoice/order reference number?

    I can't find my subscription information too. I only see the former permanent license data. Please advise
