I have a old XP VM that I need to run an app on.
I'm currently running a MBP with Sonoma, and I have a fully patched instance of Windows 11 installed that works fine with an older version of Parallels Desktop.

If I install Tahoe and Parallels Desktop 26, will my old XP VM be able to run properly?
If it won't run, are there other workarounds available to me - aside from reversion back to the Stone Age?

    Thanks

I just booted my XP VM under Parallels 26, also my Windows NT Server 4.0 VM, Windows 95 VM, and Windows for Workgroups 3.11 VM. So backwards compatibility for Windows VMs under Parallels 26 is solid. Less so for MacOS VMs. Nothing older than Mavericks (MacOS X 10.9) will boot. But that's fair -- my semi-modern (vintage 2018) x86 MacBook Pro can't boot Mac operating systems that old, either.
