Refund request submitted but no response from Parallels Support

    I purchased a Parallels Desktop subscription on 2026-04-09, order number: 537521151 ,

    The product experience is not as expected and cannot meet my actual usage needs. I have already sent a refund request email according to your official 30-day money-back guarantee policy, but I have not received any reply or processing progress notice so far.

    I am here to ask for help and urge the official team to process my full refund as soon as possible and reply to me via email to confirm the status.

    Looking forward to your official response and proper handling.
