I have the same issue as MarketingE1. I was charged for a renew at the end of March even though my one "subscription" is a permanent product. I would like a refund. I have followed the steps put out by Pramesh Boodadoo, which led me to this forum (I am not on X or FB). Please let me know. Thanks, Greg
