Hi team, we updated Paralles Ras 21.1 (build 26548). We have about 50 VDIs, each VDI has its associated domain user associated. After update this associate after the update the association got lost. Are there any step for update the Paralles Ras neve to loss associated Many Thanks Fedele
Hi @FedeleC User assignment should not be lost after an upgrade. To determine what may have caused this behavior, we will need to review the relevant logs. Could you please open a support case at https://my.parallels.com/login so we can begin the investigation? Additionally, please confirm the version and build number from which the upgrade was performed. Once we have this information, we will be able to proceed with a more detailed analysis.
