May I know how to install SQL 2022 in Windows 11 on Parallel Desktop? Does anyone do it successfully?
Sorry, wrong answer, that was for sql server. To get win server in parallels it is difficult, only thing Im thinking possible is to check this link and download an arm version from the insider preview: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewserver, sometimes there is a file, sometimes not. I tried to get this same version today at uudump https://uupdump.net/ and search for win server arm.
Have not tried it with Windows 11, however we have been running Windows Server + MS SQL for almost 2 decades in Parallels. Currently we are Windows Server 2022 21H2, MS SQL 19.0.2 & IIS 128 GB of RAM for Windows, the remainder of the 512 GB is for the host Mac Pro.
