Brand mew machine as of March 13th. Fresh install of everything, current Parallels, fresh install of Windows 11 ARM via Parallels doing evrything automatically. Had to delete my first VM and redo it because networking didn't work at all. Second time around netowrking works but only Shared Networking. If i switch to bridged, default adapter (or pick WiFi for example) it never gives Windows an IP address. Shared doesn't always work for me becasue I need my VM on the same subnet as my Mac.

Also, Coherence isn't even an option for some reason. No blue dot in the upper left, and no View / Coherence. Parallels Tools are freshly installed. Coherence didn't work on my first VM either. Coworker got the exact same machine as I did, same day, same install, he has neither of these issues.
Not sure how to fix either of these issues.

Update, my Coherence issue was due to the App Store version of Parallels not supporting this feature, whereas the download from the website does. I replaced my software version and coherence is now enabled. Still have the networking issue however.

M5 MacBook Air here as well, and can't get Bridged Networking to work either, there's a handful of other threads popping up about this as well, so something will probably need to be fixed to resolve this for us.

New MacBook Pro M5 Max, and I also have the same issue with the networking bridge mode. Works just fine on my Mac Studio M3 Ultra.

Same here, MacBook Pro Apple M1 Max, Parallels Desktop 20, wifi bridged mode stopped working months ago. Only shared network mode works.
There's no option for port forwarding in my version.

Throwing my hat in the ring, W11, Mac m4 pro, no bridge networks work, shared is good, can't use my external dongle with a static or dhcp ip address, hope it's fixed soon.

    Thanks Parallels

I have the same problem with a Macbook Pro M3 Pro and multiple VMs of Windows 11, if you really need the bridge mode like me you can make it work temporarily by setting bridge mode to wifi for example, even if Windows never gets a valid IP with DHCP, then just assign manually a valid IP address for that network and it should show internet connection and work like it did before the broken update. Keep in mind the issues that a manuall IP can bring if moving between different networks, but besides that its a good workaround for now.

I think it's a problem with macOS 26.4. I didn't have this problem before updating from macOS 26.3 to macOS 26.4.1.

After downgrading to macOS 26.3 bridge networking is working again. So it's definitely a compatibility issue with macOS 26.4.

    Have a bandaid fix:
Set Network to Manual and assign an available IP on the same subnet as your host. Set default GW and DNS as same and it lit up for me.
Example as my router is 10.0.0.1
    Host:
    10.0.0.99
    /24
    10.0.0.1

    DNS also 10.0.01

Hope that helps until DHCP problem is fixed

I have an M4 and MacOS 26.4.1. I have this same problem on both a Kali Linux VM and a Windows 11 VM: everything is fine when I use "Shared Network", but when I try to use Bridged Network / Default Adapter I see this:
    1. I do NOT get an IP4 address (this causes numerous problems)
    2. I DO get an IP6 address, and anything compatible with IP6 seems to work fine
So the problem as experienced by me seems to be related to the handling of IP4.

    Hello together,
same problem here, with a M5 Pro MBP 16". took it out of the box and had to make the day 1 patch to macOS 26.4.1.
bridged network never worked on this machine for me.
But, as this most likely is a macOS issue, has someone tried the bump to the 26.5 beta to maybe find out if the problem persists with that version?

On the weekend i'll try out the fix from RaymondD6 and will report, if I will be succsessfull or not.
