Activation Limit

I posted the same issue in october and havent heard anything back. Can you help me?

I need to migrate my Parallels v20 license to another Mac as all other devices I used before are not capable of providing AVX2-support in Windows 11. But now activation is blocked. Could you please reset my activation counter for v20. Thank you.

Hello - please can you reset my license for parallels 19 - i have tried contacting help via messenger and twitter/X but not had any joy. I moved from my old mac to a new one - the license is now deactivated on my old mac - but I cannot activate it on my new mac - please can you reset my license - thanks!!

I'm logout from another computer but when I want to activate on a new one, I can't: "This license has reached the activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new copies of the product."

please anyone can help?

 

Hello, Im trying to activate my V19 license on a new to me Mac. I shut it down on the old one but it won't let me activate my license when I put
my license key, I get the message:
"This license has reached the activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new copies of the product."
Help Please!
