I lost my Mac to water damage and now trying to get parallels running again. I believe I had the App Store version installed and have it installed again on the new machine. But I cannot figure out the licensing. I have an email that shows my subscription # but when I log into my parallels web account I show no current products. I even received an email today that states that "Your subscription will renew in 30 days". Can anyone point me in the right direction. I can't get ahold of support via phone as well J
