Hello, I am trying to logout of Parallels Toolbox because I logged into the wrong account but every time I click on my email with the down arrow it does nothing and it doesn't seem that there is any other way to log out, I even tried uninstalling. I am on a M1 Max Macbook pro thanks.
Hi, I have the same problem Just reinstalled the latest version of Parallels Toolbox (7.1.0 (5405)), but when i click my account mailadres in "Accountws & Licenses" nothing happens. Regards, Johan
Hi Parallels, would yo be so kind as to point to a solution? I entered a wrong mailadres and now toolbox is unusable for me. I can't log out in any way. Tried removing the app, and all stuff in libraries/containers, but it keeps remembering the wrong mailadres. The pull down arrow next to the mailadres does not work in Safari. Regards, Johan
Hello All, Thank you for your post and comments. Please note that our team is aware of this issue and are still investigating. We apologize for the inconvenience. Regards, Parallels Team
I got this from the support team: (after you do that, don't use the password manager to sign in, as it glitches; instead, just type your email and password to activate) 1. Quit Parallels Toolbox if it is currently running. 2. Press Command + Spacebar to open Spotlight Search, or click the magnifying glass in the top-right corner of the macOS menu bar. 3. Search for Keychain Access.app and open it. 4. On the left side of Keychain Access, under System Keychains, click on "System Roots." 5. In the search field at the top right, search for toolbox. 6. Delete the three items that appear in the results. 7. Launch Parallels Toolbox again. You will be prompted to enter your username and password.
This worked for me but I had to find Keychain Access a different way. It didn't show up in Spotlight Search. I found it @ /System/Library/CoreServices/Applications/Keychain Access.app I'm on Tahoe 26.4 fwiw
