Parallels is not responding with IntelliJ

    I have been using Parallels on my MacBook, using IntelliJ for a few years now. I can't get IntelliJ to shut down. I restarted Parallels after a force quit, but IntelliJ is still running. I cannot select anything in IntelliJ. How do I kill IntelliJ inside Parallels?

    Also, Win11 is not responding. Only my keyboard and mouse work, but I can not select anything.
