Cannot seem to see how to stop auto-renewals as the menu options go around in circles

    Dear Community,
    I am trying to switch off auto-renewals. I follow the following steps:

    1. Go to "My Account" where it publishes my next billing date. (I am trying to avoid getting billed on this date).
    2. Click on "Active Subscriptions"
    3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions"

    When I do this I get to the "We don't want to see you go". The only other option is to delete my account but that seems like a hammer to something that should be easy to manage. Any advice or pointers on how I can achieve this or is the only way to prevent auto billing is to delete my account?
