Check who purchased the subscription If it is under a company account, only the admin can cancel it Log into the service account used for purchase Go to billing or subscriptions section Cancel the plan from there If you do not see cancel option Contact their support directly and request immediate cancellation Mention business edition and billing email Also check Some business plans do not cancel instantly and may run until billing cycle ends Main point You cannot cancel it unless you access the billing owner account or admin panel of that service
