    Greetings,
I have a lifetime license for Desktop for Mac 13. I have read all posts and it seems that Parallels support may need to reset my license in order for me to move it to a new computer. I have also read that perhaps I maybe able to do this myself with your command line command prlsrvctl.
If there is away for me to deactivate my license and reactivate it myself using this command it would surely like to do that rather then having to ask for help.

    Thank you

    Hello,
    Thank you for your post.
We have checked the email address associated to the forum and located the Parallels Desktop 13 license and have done a reset.
Please note that not all Parallels Desktop Software versions are supported on all Mac systems, please refer to his article: https://kb.parallels.com/114381
The article matrix will show you if Parallels Desktop 13 is supported on the MacOS version on your new Mac. If it is not, then you will need to purchase a Parallels Desktop Permanent Upgrade license or switch to a Subscription.
    Kind Regards,
    Parallels Team

Thanks but now I have another issue. I basically did a full restore of my old computer onto a new one. No changes accept hardware. I just tried to run Parallels desktop to enter my license and I get this error. see attached jpeg.
