Why doesn't my "Network Usage Tool Upload/Download Speeds change from KB/s to MB/s when I Update my Preference Settings to Make that Change"?
This usually happens because the actual network speed is below 1 MB/s. Most tools display speeds in KB/s when the value is less than 1024 KB/s for better precision. It can also occur if the setting hasn't applied yet, the tool needs a restart, or the unit change only affects certain sections of the interface.
