Hello, I recently migrated from my old MacBook (running Parallels Desktop 19) to a new MacBook. Before selling my old MacBook, I signed out of Parallels and deleted the application. However, when I try to log in on my new MacBook, it says that my license is still being used on another computer. Since the old MacBook has already been sold, I no longer have access to it. Could you please deactivate all devices currently associated with my account so that I can activate Parallels on my new MacBook?
Hello @BrianK31 We have made some changes on our side. Please try to activate your license again. Regards,
Hello! I have the same problem. I'm not able to migrate with my lifetime license of Parallels 18, because I moved on to a new Mac without deactivating the license. Can you reset the key somehow? Thanks
Hello @AsgardGER22 , We made some changes on our end. Kindly try to activate your Parallels Desktop 18 again. You may refer to this KB article to check if the license is compatible on the new host's macOS: https://kb.parallels.com/114381 Thank you!
