How do I reinstall the app on a mac that has been reimaged

    While installing the latest mac update, my mac crashed out and had to be taken back to apple. The re-imaged the hard disk. I lost all my data and and aps. I am trying to reinstall Parallels. I have an account and a key, but when I try it tells me that the license is already in use. I tried to contact Parallels support, but sadly I realized there are no humans working here, just a rabbit hole of futility. Parallels "support" (so ironic) wants me to create a Twitter or a Facebook account just to get support. I think that is absolutely absurd. Does anyone know how I can get a human being at Paralles to speak to about this issue? This is so lame. Thanks in advance.
